Summit practices formal church membership. If you are a regular attendee of Summit who is at least 18 years old and are interested in becoming a formal member, we ask that you would first sign up to have one of our members take you through our Discipleship Lessons (six biblical lessons in workbook format), and also that you would attend our next available Membership Class. Both of these steps will afford you the opportunity to be equipped with a biblical understanding of local church membership in general and formal membership at Summit in particular. These steps will also afford us the opportunity to get to know you better.
After completing the two steps mentioned above, should you desire to commit to formal membership at Summit, please fill out a membership application and then turn it in to the Teaching Pastor. In order to complete the application process you will need to have read through our Constitution, which includes our Statement of Faith, and be interviewed by one of our Elders.
